If on each place could not reach the condition
but hit 80K of Turnover will receive 300 Coupons.

Top 10 hosts who has user apply Lucky Code more than 7 users
and each user reach 50,000 Turnover.
For complete the number of user but only 2 users complete the
Turnover target, will receive 3,000 coupons.
(User who applies Lucky Code will be counted
as 1 after reach 50K of Turnover.)
