Hosts in rank 2-3 must have 500 K or more for Turnover points
Hosts in rank 4-5 must have 200 K or more for Turnover points
Hosts in rank 6-15 must have 100 K or more for Turnover points

Hosts in rank 1-3 must have 200 K or more for Turnover points, receive 2,000 coupons

If the player cannot follow special event conditions
