HOW TO ACCESS TO LOCKED
SESSION BY GIFTS
AND 4-DIGIT PASSWORD

Select live session in the app and follow these following steps:

1. Select a live session you want like to visit.
(The lock icon is displayed on all locked sessions.)



2. The unlock conditions are displayed
after you have accessed the live session.

2.1 Unlock gift and number of the gift
for unlocking will be requested and displayed.

[EXAMPLE]
You need require spend 7,600 coupons
to unlock with 1 piece of MeggLock.



2.2 In case of locking with both 4 digit password and the gift,
4 boxes are displayed that you need to enter 4 digits,
as well as the picture of the number of the unlock gift.

[EXAMPLE]
Lock session will be unlocked with
correctly entered 4 digital code.
* NOTE : The app limits the number of entered code,
the code cannot be accessed after
the number of times has reached the maximum.

3.Then, press “Send requirement gift to unlock the room”
to access to locked session.



4. A notification will be displayed to confirm your coupon
spending with red text for checking
the gift and the number you want to spend.



5. Press "CONFIRM" to confirm unlocking,
System will be deducted from the number of spent coupons
from unlocking automatically, and you will have the opportunity
to visit the entire live session until the broadcaster ends the session.

* The visitor needs to spend new unlock terms
in case broadcasters restart live session.
* The visitor has the opportunity to have access
to the live session as long as the broadcasters
have not ended their live session.

ロックルーム解除する方法は超簡単！

2.ライブルームにタップすると、ロック解除確認ボタンが表示されます。

2.1 ギフトでロックの場合、ギフトのアイコン、ギフト数が表示されます。

*ご注意 : 各パスワードは入力回数の制限があります。
回数制限を超えたらロック解除機能が禁止されます。
*ロックルーム中でライブルームを退出場合、次回は同じパスワードで入力できます。



3.「ギフトでロック解除」をタップしてライブ配信を視聴できます。



4. 確認ボタンが表示されます。タップして確認。



5. 「CONFIRM」をタップでロック解除！
ロックルーム配信が終了すると、ロックルーム視聴期間がリセットされます。

* ライバーが終了して、再度配信が開始の場合、ロック解除期間がリセットされます。
* ライバーが配信している限り、期間条件なしで視聴できます。

Cara masuk lock room dengan gift

Caranya sangat gampang, Ayo! lihat bersama.
Hanya kenali saja VJ yang diinginkan sampai Anda yakin.

Kemudian pilih room VJ yang diinginkan dan ikuti langkah-langkahnya.

1. Pilih lock room yang ingin Anda tonton.
(Lock room akan memiliki simbol gembok kunci di foto profilnya.)



2. Saat masuk ke lock room akan ada halaman kondisi untuk unlock.
2.1 Jika pakai gift saja akan menunjukkan gambar
dan jumlah gift yang dipakai untuk unlock.
[Contoh] Unlock dengan 1 MeggLock (7.600 kupon).



2.2 Jika VJ lock mengunakan Gift+Kode,
Kotak untuk isi kode 4 digit serta gambar dan
jumlah gift yang harus pakai untuk unlock akan ditampilkan.
[Contoh gambar] Jika isikan kode yang benar,
user akan bisa langsung masuk ke room VJ.
*perlu : Ada batas untuk menggunakan kode,
Jika sudah sampai batas viewer tidak bisa masuk room VJ.
*Dalam kasus viewer keluar dari room VJ dan Kembali lagi di room tersebut,
viewer harus isikan kode lagi untuk unlock room.



3.Klik Send requirement gift to unlock the room
untuk unlock dan masuk room VJ.



4. Sistem akan menampilkan pesan notifikasi
konfirmasi pembayaran biaya masuk lock room dengan
menyebutkan nama hadiahnya dan nomornya merah
untuk cek lagi sebelum mengkonfirmasi.



5. Tekan "KONFIRMASI" untuk mengonfirmasi pembukaan kunci.
Sistem akan memotong kupon sama dengan harga hadiah yang
digunakan untuk lockroom dan akan bisa
menonton live tersebut sampai VJ udah endlive.

*Jika VJ mengakhiri live dan memulai live lagi,
user harus membayar untuk memasuk kamar
baru sesuai dengan ketentuan yang ditetapkan oleh VJ.

*Setelah membayar untuk membuka lockroom,
Anda dapat meninggalkan roomlive dan masuk
lagi kapan saja VJ belum endlive.



Jika jumlah kupon tidak mencukupi,
sistem akan menginformasikan kepada Anda untuk
melakukan top up kupon terlebih dahulu
(seperti pada gambar) Tekan TOPUP untuk top up.
Jika Anda tidak memiliki cukup kupon .

Cách vào xem khóa phòng
bằng quà tặng và mật khẩu
1. Chọn phòng khóa
(Phòng khóa sẽ có biểu tượng chìa khóa)



2. Khi nhấn sẽ thấy điều kiện quà tặng phải trả
2.1 Trong trường hợp chỉ là quà tặng
sẽ thể hiện quà tặng và số lượng quà tặng

2.2 Trong trường hợp khóa bang quà tặng + mật khẩu 4 con số

nếu có người điền mật khẩu đủ người sẽ không được điền mật khẩu đó nữa
*Trong trường hợp thoái ra live và quay lại live phải điền mật khẩu lại



3. Sau đó nhấn Send requirement gift to unlock the room
để vào xem



4. Hệ thống sẽ thông báo xác nhận thanh toán



5. Nhấn CONFIRM để xác nhận trả.
Hệ thống sẽ trừ coupons bằng giá quà tặng

* Trong trường hợp tắt live và live
lại User phải trả lại để vào xem
